  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Exchanges

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

  2. Our team will guide you with return shipping details.
  3. Ship the item back to us securely.
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll initiate a refund or exchange as per the policy.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
